We begin by implementing environmental protections, such as silt fencing to prevent runoff and tree barricades to safeguard existing trees. Once these measures are in place, we clear and grade the land, preparing it for the foundation installation.

After the foundation is complete, our skilled tradesmen will frame or form the exterior walls using masonry block or wood, according to your project’s design. At this stage, the structure begins to take shape. We then add the roof system and enclose the exterior walls, allowing work on the interior to begin.

With framing in place, our licensed electricians, plumbers, and HVAC experts will install the electrical wiring, plumbing, and heating and cooling systems. We work closely with you to ensure optimal placement and functionality.

We start by installing required water barriers, followed by exterior windows and doors to ensure long-term protection. Next, we apply your chosen exterior finish—such as siding or stucco—according to the design specifications.

Our insulation team installs wall and attic insulation to improve energy efficiency and comply with Florida Building Codes. Once insulated, the drywall is hung, finished, and prepared for interior detailing.

With drywall and finishes in place, our professional painting team steps in. We apply high-quality primers and paints, both interior and exterior, using techniques that ensure smooth, even coverage and long-lasting results. From neutral tones to custom color palettes, we bring your vision to life while protecting surfaces for years to come.

Our carpentry team installs flooring, tile, cabinetry, doors, trim, and fixtures. Each detail is executed with precision to ensure both functionality and aesthetics.

We conduct a detailed walkthrough to create a final punch list, addressing any adjustments needed. This ensures that our high standard of craftsmanship is fully met and that your expectations are exceeded.

Throughout the construction process, we schedule all required inspections to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
